Adherant 1121 is an amine-containing silane compound that enhances paint adhesion to glass and metal substrates.

III. Product Features:
Enhances the adhesion of air-drying coatings to difficult-to-bond substrates;
Significantly improves adhesion properties. For example, when Adherant 1121 is added to epoxy coatings applied to glass, adhesion remains unaffected after 24 hours of boiling water immersion. Without this additive, coatings fail the test and exhibit poor adhesion;
Coatings containing Adherant 1121 exhibit significantly enhanced water resistance and salt spray resistance.
Beyond coatings, it is particularly suitable for adhesives, elastomers, sealants, and inks to improve long-term adhesion performance.

V. Usage Method:
Add 1-2% to resin solids content.
Epoxy coatings: Adherant 1121 must be added to the curing agent. Test the curing agent addition amount beforehand.
Adherant 1121 reacts with isocyanate and phenol-formaldehyde amine curing agents. Test curing agent compatibility before use to prevent gelation. Thoroughly wipe grease and moisture from substrates before application to ensure adhesion.

VII. Product Safety:
Adherant 1121 contains amine groups. Prolonged storage may cause color darkening without affecting performance. This product contains solvents. Handle with care to avoid skin and eye contact. Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for additional information.
VIII. Storage Conditions:
Store away from heat and moisture sources. Keep in a cool, well-ventilated area with containers tightly sealed. Storage temperature range: 0°C to 40°C.
