EVA Resin Emulsion 700 is a ternary copolymer emulsion based on ethylene-vinyl acetate-maleic anhydride, representing a new generation of multifunctional adhesive polymer emulsions. Characterized by high film modulus and cohesive strength, it exhibits excellent adhesion to low-surface-energy materials and maintains polymer system stability. It exhibits excellent compatibility with acrylic emulsions, polyurethane emulsions, rubber emulsions, and resin emulsions, while also serving as a stabilizer when blending multiple emulsions.
EVA Resin Emulsion 700 delivers superior film aging resistance, strong stain resistance, high alkali resistance, excellent hydrolysis stability, and outstanding resistance to plasticizer migration. Due to its unique internal plasticization structure and specialized protective colloid system, EVA Resin Emulsion 700 remains non-brittle at low temperatures and maintains excellent adhesion and mechanical properties even after multiple freeze-thaw cycles. EVA Resin Emulsion 700 exhibits high-temperature reactivation properties, similar to hot melt adhesives, making it suitable for a broader range of bonding applications such as heat-sealing adhesives and vacuum forming adhesives.

III. Product Applications:
EVA Resin Emulsion 700 serves as the primary component in water-based adhesive formulation systems for bonding paper, plastics, wood, textiles, and other substrates.
EVA Resin Emulsion 700 can be incorporated into cement mortar systems, offering superior water resistance and film toughness compared to conventional VAE emulsions, along with excellent compatibility with mortar. It is also suitable for manufacturing chemical building materials.
EVA Resin Emulsion 700 exhibits high elastic modulus in its adhesive film, making it suitable for finishing and bonding carbon fiber, aramid fiber, and PE fiber. It can also be used for compositing these fiber materials, particularly in military applications for producing bulletproof materials.
Blended with water-based polyurethane, EVA Resin Emulsion 700 enables the lamination of textile fabrics with leather materials and nonwovens. This application facilitates the production of functional textiles, straw mats, automotive seat cushions, and similar products.
In paper packaging adhesives, EVA Resin Emulsion 700 delivers superior moisture and heat resistance, enhanced compatibility stability, and excellent adhesion to low-surface-energy substrates.
The thermal activatability of EVA Resin Emulsion 700 makes it a typical product for heat-sealable adhesives, such as sealing the outer white paper of adhesive bandages, producing banknote packaging straps, bonding wood veneers, and bonding wood-plastic composites, including water-based vacuum forming adhesives.
When formulated for sprayable viscosity, EVA Resin Emulsion 700 delivers excellent atomization without clogging spray guns. It can also be blended with Motian Chemical's hydrophilic curing agent WAT-4 to form a two-component system.
