Jitian Chemical Polymerized Rosin 140 is a modified resin produced via acid‑catalyzed polymerization of rosin. It gets its name from its softening‑point range of 135–145 °C and boasts three core properties: a high softening point, yellowing resistance and excellent solubility. It yields clear, precipitate‑free solutions in solvents such as toluene and features far superior ageing resistance compared with ordinary rosin. It is also compatible with a wide range of downstream systems.

In terms of applications, it serves as a premium raw material for printing inks and improves the gloss and adhesion of offset and plastic‑printing inks. For adhesives, it boosts tack retention and cuts production costs. Its ester‑modified derivatives can be formulated into fast‑dry coatings, delivering outstanding industrial adaptability.
