Application
Product Applications:
Substrate Types:
Paper: Coated paper, grayboard, white cardstock, corrugated paper, etc.;
Plastic film: BOPP (glossy/matte), PET, CPP, PVC, etc.
Typical Applications:
Premium gift box lamination (cosmetic boxes, wine boxes, mooncake boxes)
Book cover/art book lamination
Handbag laminating
Paper-plastic laminating (Face paper + grayboard)
IV. Usage Guidelines:
1. Coating Process
Coating Weight: 6–10 g/m² (adjust based on substrate absorbency)
Coating Method: Roller coating, squeegee coating, or spray coating (recommended engraved roller mesh: 120–180 mesh)
Laminating Pressure: 0.3–0.6 MPa
2. Drying conditions
Drying Stage | Temperature | Time | Ventilation Requirements |
Surface Dry | Ambient ~ 50°C | ≤3 min | Forced Ventilation |
Curing | Room temperature | 24~48 h | Avoid Stacking and Compression |
Equipment Cleaning
Immediately rinse the coating roller and ink reservoir with clean water after use to prevent ink solidification and clogging.
V. Precautions:
Substrate Pre-treatment: Ensure surfaces are free of oil and dust. Plastic films require corona treatment (≥38 dynes). Printed inks must be fully cured (especially UV inks).
Environmental Requirements: Temperature: 15–35°C, Humidity ≤70% (Extend drying time in low-temperature, high-humidity conditions).
Storage Specifications: Store sealed in a cool, shaded area at 5–35°C. Do not freeze (below 0°C will cause demulsification and spoilage).
Safety Operation: Avoid eye contact; wear protective gloves during operation. If skin contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
VI. Quality Assurance:
25KG/drum. Shelf life: 6 months (unopened original drum).
Do not use if clumping, separation, or off-odors occur due to improper storage.
