At room temperature, it exhibits a rebound rate of up to 98% after stretching. Under repeated high-frequency deformation (e.g., dynamic shock absorption scenarios), it rapidly returns to its original shape, minimizing energy loss. This makes it particularly suitable for applications demanding exceptional long-term elasticity.

2. Exceptional High/Low Temperature Resistance

Maintains excellent flexibility at -50°C without brittleness or cracking, meeting engineering demands in polar and frigid regions. Exhibits strong dimensional stability and high melting point at 90°C, resisting softening and deformation during prolonged exposure to heat, effectively expanding application boundaries across diverse climates.

3. Outstanding Aging and Weather Resistance

Special post-treatment technology enhances molecular chain stability, while incorporating high-efficiency antioxidants and UV absorbers. After 3000 hours of QUV accelerated aging testing, no significant yellowing, cracking, or performance degradation occurs. Maintains excellent properties during prolonged outdoor exposure to intense UV radiation, high humidity, and ozone environments, significantly reducing product maintenance and replacement frequency.

4. Outstanding Processability and Modification Compatibility

A low melt index ensures stable flow and high forming precision during SBS 796 processing in extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding. It exhibits excellent compatibility with various polymers (e.g., engineering plastics PA, PC) and nano-fillers (e.g., nano-silica, graphene). Through modification, it can be customized for high strength, high abrasion resistance, and high flame retardancy, meeting diverse demands in high-end manufacturing sectors like aerospace and automotive industries.

5. Superior Bonding and Interface Compatibility

Demonstrates outstanding adhesion to diverse substrates including metals (aluminum, steel), ceramics, and composites. IV. Product Applications:

Adhesive Industry: A dedicated grade for adhesives, primarily used in hot-melt applications. It can be employed to produce various adhesive types, particularly hot-melt pressure-sensitive, pressure-sensitive, and solvent-based adhesives, offering strong bonding strength, non-toxicity, and environmental friendliness.

Plastic Modification: Can be blended with plastics like polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene to enhance physical properties, improve impact resistance, and broaden application ranges.

Asphalt Modification: Adding 3%-15% SBS791 to asphalt improves low-temperature flexibility and high-temperature flow resistance, effectively extending the service life of roads and roofing membranes. Modified asphalt overcomes the drawbacks of brittleness in winter and softness in summer, making it suitable for road paving and repair, as well as producing high-quality waterproof and thermal insulation materials.

Footwear Industry: Suitable for producing leather shoes, sneakers, and children's footwear across various grades. Offers advantages including comfort, slip resistance, breathability, and easy dyeing. Features a simplified production process with recyclable scrap materials.

 

Other Applications: It can also be used to manufacture various elastic rubber products, such as rubber hoses, adhesive tapes, rubber rings, indoor flooring materials, sports equipment, automotive mudguards and floor mats, children's toys, and mechanical components. It is also applicable in the coatings and inks sector. When incorporated, the resulting coatings and inks exhibit enhanced properties in certain aspects, including surface elasticity of the coating film, low-temperature resistance of the coating film, improved adhesion to rubber substrates, and the ability to produce low-temperature resistant transparent gloss varnishes.

 

V. Product Packaging:

20 kg per bag. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight and rain exposure. Keep away from heat sources and open flames. Storage temperature should be maintained between 5–35°C. Shelf life is 12 months. Under specified storage conditions, product performance remains stable and reliable.
