Usage
Formulation suggestions: the emulsion in the imitation stone paint formula recommended dosage of 15% - 20%, with 3 - 5 different mesh of coloured sand (such as 30 - 60 mesh, 60 - 80 mesh, 80 - 120 mesh) and the appropriate amount of thickening agent, dispersant, can be deployed to achieve the best texture of the imitation stone paint.
Construction process
Basic treatment: ensure that the wall is flat, dry (moisture content <10%), with anti-cracking putty levelling, painting matching closed primer to enhance adhesion.
Imitation of stone paint preparation: emulsion and colour sand, add additives according to the proportion in turn, low-speed mixing 15 - 20 minutes to a uniform mixture.
Spraying construction: use special spray gun (nozzle calibre 6 - 8mm), air pressure control at 0.4 - 0.6MPa, use cross spraying method to construct 2 - 3 times, each time interval 3 - 5 hours, coating thickness control at 3 - 6mm. Covering treatment: after the imitation stone paint is completely dry, roll or spray 1 - 2 times of matching covering paint to improve the stain resistance and gloss.
Environmental requirements: construction temperature ≥ 3 ℃, humidity ≤ 85%; avoid rainy days, windy days and high temperature under direct sunlight.
