Jitian brand liquid tackifying resin 100 chemical name hydrogenated rosin methyl ester. Light yellow non-drying viscous liquid. Adopting foreign advanced emulsification technology, using high-quality tackifying resin as raw material, light color, high softening point, and excellent aging resistance. Suitable for general-purpose pressure-sensitive adhesive systems, and can be miscible with latex and various water-based systems in any ratio (such as natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber SBR, butadiene rubber NBR/, butadiene, isoprene, butyl rubber , Neoprene, polypropylene emulsion, VAE copolymer, EVA-acrylate terpolymer.
Typical Properties
1. Completely solvent-free, no protective colloid, can be mixed with most acrylic polymers;
2. It has excellent adhesion (for polycarbonate and cardboard and other substrates, wherever the paper can be used for splicing and bonding;
3. Excellent flow characteristics (in high-speed coating operation, strong running ability, no malfunction)
4. Greatly improve the initial adhesion and peel strength to substrates such as polyethylene and carton board;
5. Because of its low surface tension function, there is no need to add commonly used additives in the adhesive formulation;
6. Using a unique anionic surface system, the viscosity increasing effect is significant, and the initial adhesion, peeling strength and holding power of the adhesive can be significantly improved.
7. It can significantly improve the adhesion performance of adhesive products to difficult-to-stick surfaces such as large curvature and low surface performance.
8. The PH value has a wide range of use, and it can be used under neutral or weak alkaline conditions.

Application/Uses
JITIAN brand liquid tackifying resin 100 is used as a tackifying resin, which can improve toughness, bonding strength, and low temperature resistance. The reference amount is 3% to 5%. It is also used as a tackifier for SBS solvent-based adhesives. It can also be used as a plasticizer for ethyl cellulose, chlorinated rubber and vinyl polymers.
