Typical Properties
1. Suitable for deep drawing
2. Good adhesion to iron, aluminum and tinplate
3. Flexibility and leveling
Application/Uses
White cocoa, base coat of steel coil and adhesive in printing iron.
Instructions
1. Add all solvents to the reactor.
2. While stirring, put the ES-410 solid into the reactor.
3. After putting all the components, raise the temperature of the reactor to 90-100 degrees and stir for 2 hours. The pressure in the reactor: ≥2kg / cm2.
4. Turn off the heating device and continuously stir the mixture for one and a half hours to allow the reactor to cool naturally.
5. Stop stirring, when the solution is filtered, put it in a 200kg bucket.
Solvents used: MEK, SOVESSO, cyclohexanone, cellulose acetate, isophorone, DBE.
