Usage
Grass-roots treatment: Make sure the surface of the grass-roots level, dry, clean, no oil, dust, loose particles and so on. For the old wall surface, remove the loose, peeling old coating; for cracks, use elastic putty to repair and level. Construction method:
Spraying: use air compressor or airless sprayer, keep 20 - 30cm distance between the spray gun and the coated surface, move the spraying at a constant speed, it is recommended to spray 2 - 3 times, each time interval 2 - 4 hours (adjusted according to the ambient temperature and humidity), in order to achieve a uniform coating thickness and good film formation effect. Brush/Roller Coating: Use a good quality brush or roller to apply the coating evenly in the same direction, avoiding bubbles and brush marks caused by repeated back and forth application. It is also recommended to apply 2 - 3 times to ensure the thickness of the coating is uniform. Recommended dosage: Theoretical coating amount is 0.15 - 0.25kg/㎡ (the specific dosage varies according to the construction method, surface flatness and effect requirements).
Environmental requirements: construction temperature ≥5℃, relative humidity ≤85%; avoid construction in rainy days, windy days or direct sunlight to avoid affecting the quality of the coating.
