V. Usage Recommendations:
Solvent Dissolution Method:
Recommended Solvents: Toluene, xylene, esters (e.g., ethyl acetate), ketones (e.g., MEK).
Dissolution Ratio: 51% resin + 49% solvent (Viscosity reference: 2000-4000 mPa·s).
Slowly add resin under stirring; heating to 50-60°C accelerates dissolution.
Formulation Design:
Combine with crosslinkers like amino resins or epoxy resins to enhance chemical resistance.
Add UV absorbers (e.g., Tinuvin series) to further extend outdoor weatherability.
VI. Packaging:
25 kg/bag. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, protected from direct sunlight and rain.
