Ultra-high hardness and heat resistance: Softening point >200°C, glass transition temperature (Tg) up to 110°C, suitable for high-temperature applications.
Exceptional chemical resistance: Resists ethanol and plasticizer migration, ideal for grease-contact environments. Withstands cleaning agents and chemical wiping while maintaining coating integrity.
Superior durability: Scratch-resistant and abrasion-resistant, resists aging and yellowing during prolonged use.
Strong Adhesion: Excellent bonding strength to various plastics (ABS, PVC, PC) and metal substrates.
Recommended Dissolution Method: For laboratory testing, dissolve at 50-60°C to significantly enhance dissolution efficiency.
IV. Applications:
Ink: Suitable for screen printing and gravure inks requiring high hardness, especially electronic inks needing alcohol wipe resistance. Recommended for toy and packaging inks with stringent safety requirements.
Plastic Coatings: Used on plastic products like toys and appliance housings to provide high-hardness surfaces and scratch resistance.

V. Usage Recommendations:
Dissolution and Formulation:
Recommended Solvents: Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), acetone, esters (e.g., ethyl acetate) offer excellent solubility.
Recommended Ratio: 30% resin + 70% MEK (target viscosity 350-600 mPa·s).
Solubilization Process: Stirring while heating at 50-60°C reduces time and improves uniformity.
Formulation Optimization:
Crosslinking with epoxy or amino resins further enhances chemical resistance and hardness.
Adding abrasion-resistant additives (e.g., silica) improves coating scratch resistance.
VI. Packaging:
25 kg/bag. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, protected from direct sunlight and rain.
