Product Description:
Hydrophobic nano-silicone emulsion is a double-hydrophobic nano self-crosslinking polymer emulsion based on a special molecular structure design, with excellent water-whiteness and chemical resistance, and good compatibility. Hydrophobic nano-silicone emulsion as a base material for bonding or coating is resistant to penetration of organic solvents such as alcohol and toluene. The organic embedding and arrangement of soft and hard segments on the polymer chain segments make the hydrophobic nano-silicone emulsion have excellent mechanical properties of adhesive film, high tensile strength and strong folding resistance. Extremely low surface tension and nano-sized particle size make the hydrophobic nano-silica emulsion have fast wetting and penetration on fabrics, wood, leather, paper or other non-polar materials, which will greatly promote its adhesive performance as the main resin of the adhesive.

Product Application:
Hydrophobic nano-silicone emulsion is used for the compounding of flexible materials for automobile interiors, and different emulsions or additives can be selected for compounding according to different bonding requirements to achieve better use.
Hydrophobic nano-silicone emulsion can be used for the compounding of soft foam and cloth for garment lining and automobile interior.
Hydrophobic nano-silicone emulsions can be compounded with VAE and acrylic emulsions to produce products for coating, textile laminating adhesive, printing paste and a series of other applications.
Hydrophobic nano-silica emulsions can be used in paper or woodworking adhesives to improve water, solvent and heat resistance.
Hydrophobic nano-silicone emulsions have reasonable viscosity, mechanical stability and shear stability, and can be used after a long period of time without any condensation or viscosity change.
Due to the special ionic and molecular structure of hydrophobic nano-silicone emulsion, please do the compatibility test and process condition test beforehand when using it to make formulations.

Storage
The storage period is 12 months, the storage temperature should be controlled at 5 to 35 ℃, in principle, the product should avoid severe cold.
