Application Instructions:
Substrate Preparation: Ensure the primer surface is smooth, dry, and clean, free of oil, dust, loose particles, etc. If necessary, sand the surface to enhance adhesion between the topcoat emulsion and the primer.
Application Methods:
Spray Application: Using an air compressor or airless sprayer, maintain a 20–30 cm distance between the spray gun and the surface. Apply at a steady pace. Apply 2–3 coats, allowing 2–4 hours between coats (adjust based on ambient temperature and humidity) to achieve uniform coating thickness and an optimal decorative finish.
Brush/Roller Application: Apply evenly in one direction using a high-quality brush or roller, avoiding back-and-forth strokes that cause bubbles or brush marks. Similarly, apply 2-3 coats to ensure uniform coating thickness.
Recommended Coverage: Theoretical coverage is 0.15–0.25 kg/m² (actual usage varies based on application method, surface smoothness, and desired effect).
Environmental Requirements: Apply at temperatures ≥5°C and relative humidity ≤85%. Avoid application during rainy, windy weather, or under direct sunlight to prevent compromising coating quality.
