BP-186C is a self-dispersing organic bentonite high-efficiency thixotropic gel suitable for low-, medium-, and high-polarity solvent systems including aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatics, and mixed solvents of aromatics with ketones, esters, ethers, and alcohols.
II. Product Specifications:

IV. Usage Instructions:
BP-186C dry powder can be added directly without pre-gel preparation or polar activators. It is not restricted by temperature conditions and can be incorporated at any stage (preferably during grinding). Addition sequence: Resin and solvent 2. BP-186C Stir for 5-10 minutes 3. Additives 4. Pigments, fillers (stirring, grinding, sand milling, etc.) 5. Final mixing BP-186C dosage range: 0.2-2%. Optimal dosage should be determined through testing.
2. Pre-gel addition. Follow these steps: a. Solvent or mixed solvent b. Additives (if required) c. Pigments, fillers d. Add pre-gel e. Grind and disperse f. Downstream mixing 2. Direct dry powder addition method For resin systems with good wettability, the direct dry powder addition method also yields effective results. The procedure is as follows: a. Solvent or mixed solvent/resin
b. Add BP-183B. Stir for 10 minutes
c. Add 95% ethanol/methanol. High-speed stir for 10-15 minutes
d. Add additives (dispersants, surfactants)
e. Add pigments and fillers
f. Proceed to lower section mixing. Usage instructions.
